Abraham Díaz was a cartoonist from Mexico city, a horrible stinky shithole. He procrastinated full time and sometimes forgot about drawing for months. He was editor in “Ediciones Joc-Doc” a collaborative graphic zine label; and illustrator for Cintas Pepe, a local punk label. He contributed to some international publications like Happiness comix, Gang Bang Bong, Ratcharge, Mille Putois and some other editorial projects from Mexico city. He was kidnaped last week in the Mexico’s state by “El Cartel de Neza” drug cartel while buying coke, his family tried to pay the 10000 dollars ransom, but he was murdered anyway. Nobody has seen his pieces by now, they might be in some narc-pit among hundreds of dismembered corpses.
